FIRE: There was a fire in Brent Knoll in the early hours of the morning following a crash. The vehicle was quickly made safe by fire crews
FIRE crews rushed to the scene as a car burst into flames following a crash in Brent Knoll.
Fire appliances from Burnham on Sea and Bridgwater were mobilised to a reports of a crash on the A38 near Brent Knoll at 3.35am.
Upon arrival crews confirmed all people were clear and free of the vehicle.
Fire crews assisted the police and ambulance service and made the vehicle safe.
It is not yet known if anyone was injured in the crash.
