FILM crews have been spotted in Burnham-on-Sea and Berrow to work on a new six-part Channel 4 drama series called True Love.
Production vehicles have been present in Burnham's Pier Street car park (behind the town's B&M store) since Sunday, May 8.
It is believed filming will take place throughout May and June.
Some of the vehicles are branded with the logos of Bristol Television and Film Services, which says it supplies “an unrivalled service throughout the UK to satisfy your production needs and requirements”.
The company has a fleet of 153 vehicles and has served on 371 productions, including those created by the BBC and ITV/Granada.
Their fleet includes make-up support vehicles, costume support vehicles, artist trailers, general support vehicles, and production offices.
Filming will take place on the jetty at Burnham beach and in nearby Berrow and Brean.
Last year, BBC One drama series Chloe was partly filmed in Burnham-on-Sea and Brean.
The drama starred Erin Doherty as Becky Green, Poppy Gilbert (Chloe Fairbourne), Billy Howle (Elliot Fairbourne), Jack Farthing (Richard Greenbank), and Pippa Bennett-Warner (Livia Fulton), was first broadcast in February.
The psychological thriller follows Becky as she watches Chloe via her perfect social media, with contrasts starkly with her own.
When Chloe dies suddenly, Becky assumes a new identity and infiltrates the enviable lives of Chloe's closest friends to find out what happened to her.
Chloe writer and director Alice Seabright said: “Becky is a complex, courageous heroine and there is no one better to play her than Erin.
“All these characters have been a dream to write, and it now feels like they’ve found their soulmates in our amazing cast.
“I can’t wait to start bringing the show to life with them, and with our wonderful crew.”
