A Rod Stewart tribute act is set to perform at The Princess Theatre next year.
The Rod Stewart Songbook will perform on May 9, 2025, with tickets costing £23.
It will feature Pete McCall, who is described as ‘Europe’s foremost tribute’ to the star, alongside his live band.
The group will perform hits from the singer’s 50 years in the music industry, including Sailing, Maggie May, and Hot Legs.
They will play entirely live, rather than using backing tracks, to give an ‘authentic flavour’ to the show.
A spokesperson for the show said: "The Rod Stewart Songbook’s spectacular theatre production is the ultimate homage to Rod Stewart, featuring Pete McCall, Europe’s foremost tribute.
"Along with his sensational live band, you will be taken on a musical journey spanning 50 years, when one of rock music’s greatest icons sold over 250 million records worldwide.
"At the show you could easily think you were at an actual Rod Stewart concert, where the atmosphere is electric and the audience are encouraged to participate, sing along and even dance in the aisles.
"Wherever the venue your audience will be guaranteed a night they will never forget and will feel as though they have not just seen a show, but have had an experience."
