LLOYD-HENRY Mair Denise, of Burnham-on-Sea. Passed away peacefully at home with her family on 17th March 2016 aged 87 years. Denise was a former Matron of Burnham War Memorial Hospital where she nursed for nearly a quarter of a century. Denise and her husband Graham (Mr Henry-Sir) were married for 58 years and in addition to bringing up their two children and her nursing career she was active in the local community through her support of the League of Friends of the hospital, a founder member of the Stroke Club and a member of Burnham Operatic Society. Denise is survived by their two children Paul and Anne, in-laws Donna and Huw and grandchildren Clare, Sian and David. The family would welcome at the service to celebrate her life all friends, neighbours, former colleagues, current medical professionals, members of the League of Friends and Stroke Club, indeed anyone who knew her and loved her. Funeral service on Wednesday 30th March 2016 in St. Andrew’s Church, Burnham-on-Sea at 1.00pm. followed by cremation. Family flowers only please.
