Pope. Joan, of Wembdon (owner of Chatham House Residential Home) passed away suddenly but peacefully in her sleep at home on Tuesday 20th September 2016, aged 75. A much loved Mum, Nan and Great Nan she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 7th October 2016 at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The British Heart Foundation Foundation maybe sent to H Biffen and Sons Ltd, 32 Wembdon Road, Bridgwater TA6 7DW.
