FIRE crews tackled a blaze - that is still under investigation - at a property in Burnham-on-Sea yesterday (January 5).
Four fire engines from Burnham-on-Sea, Bridgwater, Weston-super-Mare and Avon attended the incident in Berrow at 1.38pm.
Fire, heat and smoke damaged was caused and crews had to remove roof tiles to prevent further damage.
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "Fire was extinguished by fire crews using one hose reel jet, two main jets, two ladders for access, and roof ladders.
"The cause of the fire is still under investigation."
