A MAN from Weston-super-Mare was given multiple 10 week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, for a variety of offences related to producing and supplying tobacco and cigarettes.
Choli Hassan Ali, 45, from Diamond Batch in Weston-super-Mare, was also ordered to complete 12 months unpaid work, pay a £115 victim surcharge and £2700 in costs.
He pleaded guilty to all offences.
Preston Lee Smart, of no fixed address, was fined £40 for possession of a class A drug.
Smart, 19, was found with 0.1g of cocaine on him in Gloucester.
He also had to pay a £4 victim surcharge, and indicated a guilty plea.
Jimi Southern, 23, damaged a window in Gloucester costing £34.36.
Southern, from Truffley Avenue in Gloucester, has to pay the cost of the window in compensation.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
