A MAN has been disqualified from driving for 12 months after a drug driving incident.
Samuel Mcguiness, 37, from Hesters Road Way in Cheltenham, was sentenced at North Somerset Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (February 24).
He was driving a Ford Focus on Over Causeway, Gloucester, after having taken cocaine and benzoylecgonine.
Mcguiness was fined £120, had to pay £85 in costs and he has also been disqualified from driving for 12 months.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
