A MAN from Weston-super-Mare has been fined and handed a driving ban, after driving while unfit due to drugs.
Radoslaw Berestecki, 34, of Jubilee Road, pleaded guilty to the offence, and was ordered to pay a £369 fine, £37 victim surcharge and £135 costs, as well as being disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
Berestecki was fined a further £369 for being found in possession of a quantity of amphetamine, a controlled Class B drug.
A Weston-super-Mare man has been placed under curfew for three months, having pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another individual.
Bryan Stuart House, 36, of Coleridge Road, must also pay a £95 victim surcharge and £135 costs, after pleading guilty to the offence.
Pamela Harris, 71, of Clarence Road South, Weston-super-Mare, pleaded guilty to the theft of £100 in cash, and was ordered to pay £80 compensation and £85 costs.
