MURDER CHARGE: Penelope Jackson and husband David, who she is accused of killing at their Berrow home
A WOMAN is to face trial later this year accused of murdering her husband.
Penelope Jackson, 65, is accused of killing David Jackson, 78, at their home in Parsonage Road, Berrow, Somerset, on February 13 this year.
She appeared before a judge at Bristol Crown Court, where a trial date was fixed for October 11, a court official confirmed.
A post-mortem examination confirmed Mr Jackson died from multiple stab wounds.
Jackson was remanded into custody.
