THE residents, staff and trustees of Burnham-on-Sea's Abbeyfield House said farewell to their long-serving house manager of more than 20 years last week.
At a small presentation, due to Covid-19 restrictions and regulations, the residents, staff and three of the trustees wished Diane Brown well in her retirement from the sheltered housing charity's facility.
Diane was presented with a long service award from the Abbeyfield Trust, a bouquet of flowers and a cheque from the trustees for her to purchase an item for her new home.

"We wish her a long and happy retirement."
