IMages: Clevedon Fire Station
THE two occupants of this car were taken to hospital after it crashed off the M5 in Somerset earlier today (Sunday).
The vehicle left the carriageway and ended up in a field between Junctions 20 and 21 shortly after 8am.
The driver had left the scene by the time emergency services arrived.
He was later found by officers using police dogs and arrested.
He was taken to hospital along with his woman passenger.
