A LADIES' night raised nearly £2,500 for charity on Friday (March 25).
Somerset Breast Cancer Now hosted the event at The Tavern in Brean Leisure Park.
Organiser, Holly MacBeth, said it was a 'fantastic evening' and they raised just over £2,450.
"We have huge thanks to Holiday Resort Unity for hosting our event at the Tavern and The House family, Jon Chunkie Russell, Amber Moule , Ali Evely and all the staff at the tavern," she said.
"Thank you to our amazing Dj , host & dear friend Neil (Buster) Brimson who had his eyes opened in more ways than one last night!
"To our male acts & drag Baroness Mary Golds Golds who promised to come back with a bang and they did. Thanks to Sentiments who provided our decorations.
"And thank you to many local business and supporters who kindly donated raffle prizes. Your generosity and kindness in these difficult times has just overwhelmed us all yet again!
"To our lady guests last night , well you were on top form! You sang, you danced, we drank and most of all we came together in support of Breast Cancer Now.
"We have received so many kind messages of thanks, it’s very much appreciated and we honestly love doing this, we know how much this event means to you but more importantly how what we do supports the charities vital work needed."
The past two ladies' nights for the charity have been cancelled due to the pandemic, and so Somerset Breast Cancer Now is hosting two events this year.
The next ladies' night will be held on October 7 2022.
