A MAN has been jailed after admitting being concerned in the supply of drugs in Weston-super-Mare.
Aaron Fracis, of Blakeney Road, Patchway, was sentenced at Bristol Crown Court on Thursday, March 31.
He has been jailed for four years and four months due to being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
The 28-year-old was arrested on October 5 from an address in Weston-super-Mare.
Avon and Somerset Police officers visited the property in Windermere Avenue following an investigation after reports of drug dealing in a nearby park.
They found Francis at the address and seized cash, drugs and mobile phones.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "Drug crime has devastating consequences for our communities and often dealers target the most vulnerable people within them.
"We have a dedicated team working with communities, partner agencies and other police services regionally and nationally to bring perpetrators to justice.
"We welcome information on drug crime. Talk to your neighbourhood team, report drug dealing through our online form or call 101."
If you don’t want to talk to the police directly, ring Crimestoppers 100 per cent anonymously on 0800 555 111 or pass information on via their anonymous online form.
If you or someone you care for is affected by drug use, North Somerset Council’s website has information on the support and advice available.
