A POPULAR street fair returned Wedmore at the weekend, bringing “a day of fun, entertainment and lots of stalls to browse”.
The event was held at The Borough on Saturday, July 2 between 11am and 4pm.
Before the event took place, a spokesperson said: “After the success of our summer fair last year, we have decided to pool resources with the Harvest Home team so we can continue the tradition of the village street fair.”
The Harvest Home team is responsible for organising a day of events and a procession to celebrate the harvest, which takes place in August.
They added: “We will be bringing a day of fun, entertainment and lots of stalls to browse.”
Stallholders included Hector's Farm Shop, Belle Isle Botanicals, Mack Vintage, The Crêpe Cart, Sally's Frocks, and Besley's Strawberries.
There was also a Pimm's Bar, ice cream a raffle, and games.
