WEST Huntspill Flower and Craft Show returned for the first time since the pandemic.

The quality was excellent, according to the organisers, although numbers were down.

A total of 52 people submitted around 390 entries, while an additional 23 people took part in the potato category.

There were many raffle prizes donated and the tea tent was very well supported, with cream teas and homemade cakes proving popular.

There was also the chance to buy some delicious homemade cakes and the bottle stall was sold out well before the end of the show.

Burnham and Highbridge Band played through the afternoon and there were some fun games for the young and not so young.

A show spokesperson said: "We would very much like to thank all those who contributed in any way to make this show such an enjoyable and successful day."
