OVER 6,500 pints were served by a team of volunteers at Wedmore Real Ale Festival, raising thousands of pounds for local causes.
The 21st edition of the real ale festival took place at Glebe Field between Friday, September 9 and Sunday, September 11.
It featured over 110 barrels of ale, craft beer, and cider on tap, plus wine and a gin bar.
Alongside the extensive range of drinks, food was provided by Ethic Street Pizza & Grill, Biblos, and Little Van Rouge.
One For The Road and Queen Rocks put on a show with their live music performances on Friday and Saturday respectively.
Last year's festival raised £20,000 that was shared between 16 organisations at its annual presentation night.
This year's proceeds will be added up and allocated to charities ahead of this year's presentation night on Saturday, October 1.
A festival spokesperson said: “Over the weekend, the 21st Wedmore Real Ale Festival took place with over 6,500 pints being served by the team of volunteers.
“All proceeds from the festival are donated to local worthy causes. In the last 20 years the total is £226,320.
“The festival would like to thank all of its sponsors.
