BURNHAM-on-Sea is gearing up for a fantastic start to the festive season tomorrow (Saturday, November 26).
The fun starts early ahead of the evening Christmas lights switch on.
The day is packed full of activities and free entertainment.
Included in the day are a spectacular show of talent from fire jugglers and eaters, circus acts, aerial gymnasts, stilt walkers, light walkers and the most beautiful living statues, Punch and Judy and a magician.
People will be able to make decorations, cards and Christmas crowns at free crafting areas.
The lights will be switched on by Maxine and Nick Bashford, the Burnham Foodbank organisers who nominated for the task by local in recognition for the efforts over the years.
Community grant sourcing has allowed organisers to distribute funds in both Burnham and Highbridge and build on last year's lantern parade with workshops in both towns resultoing in around 50 big traditional willow lanterns that will lead the parade to the town Christmas tree at the end of the event to carols led by the town band.
