A MUCH-LOVED community scarecrow trail event is set to return to Brent Knoll this weekend.
40 locally-made scarecrows will take over the village for residents to vote on, and also play "scarecrow bingo".
The theme for this year's scarecrows is "games", following on from last year's "Royal" theme.
As well as the trail itself, attendants to the event based at Brent Knoll Primary School will be able to purchase pizza, cakes, drinks, and scarecrow merchandise.
The event will also feature a raffle, children's lucky dip, and doggie hydration station.
A spokesperson for the event said: "Come along and have some fun, a cheap day out for everyone!
"Walk it, cycle it, drive it - bring the dog!"
The base at the primary school will open from 10am until 4pm on both Saturday September 16 and Sunday 17.
