A MODEL railway show has been announced to go ahead in Weston-super-Mare in the new year.

The show will be held at Priory School on Queens Way on January 14 2024 from 10am until 4pm.

A whopping 24 exquisitely crafted model railways will be on display at the event, as well as twelve model train traders and two demonstrators also on site.

Organised by Burnham and District Model Railway Club, entry to the event costs only £8, and accompanied children can attend for free.

Somerset farm produce caterers Country Bumpkins will provide delicious homemade food for all in attendance.

There will also be a separate van selling cakes and hot drinks to reduce queueing times so attendants can make the most of their time at the event.

Parking will be available on site, completely free of charge.

The venue itself features step-free access, on-site toilets, and convenient visitor seating to relax and take in the miniature railways in all their excellence.
