A BAKER from Burnham-on-Sea whose dream has became a reality has confirmed the opening date for her first bakery, in Berrow.
Eloise Baker, founder of Ellie Bakes, will open her new shop, Ellie's, on Thursday, March 28.
She will sell her baked goods along with a range of other treats at the former Haverslice unit in Berrow.
Ahead of the opening of her first bakery, Ellie said: "I can announce that I am opening on 28th March.
"Doors open at 7am with freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat, along with an array of cakes and drinks on offer.
"There will also be fresh bread on sale from Maisey's and Astills.

"I cannot wait to welcome my first customers and share with everyone my passion.
"It's been a bit of a surreal experience these last few weeks, planning and preparing the shop.
"Don't think I'll ever get used to saying 'my shop'.
"See you all bright and early on the 28th!"
Ellie, 24, who has lived in Burnham her whole life said it what she'd 'dreamed of having' when presented with the opportunity to take over the former Haverslice unit.
“I felt like I’d struck gold," she added.
