A gymnastics club is celebrating the success of its young athletes at a competition in Germany
Monarchs Sports Acrobatics Gymnastics Club, based in Highbridge, recently returned from the Gutenberg Cup, in Mainz.
The competition took place on Friday, October 24, and the club's gymnasts managed to secure a range of scores.
Among the participants, Leo, Tay, Cai, and Jack clinched first place, while Felicity, Eve, and Ava finished 26th.
Juno and Ava came in 18th, Amara and Imogen were 11th, Erin and Ava were 12th, and Harriet, Izzy, and Lily also finished 12th.
Ava, Edee, and Maxine secured 10th place.
The club expressed gratitude to Kev at Berrys Coaches for his exceptional service during their travels and to SDS Copiers for sponsoring their commemorative hoodies.
The young athletes also enjoyed a day off exploring the city and a visit to a trampoline park.
